Website Design & Hosting

One of the great benefits of tasking us to design your new website is that we do this every day, so we understand how to help you through the process quickly and painlessly.

Web Hosting includes up to 14 email accounts, unlimited email aliases, free SSL security (https), and one free domain name registration per year (up to $16 value). Additional email accounts over 14 are $24/year each. Additional aliased domain names are $16/year each. Hosting is billed annually by email, beginning on the date the domain name is acquired. Email Only does not include the free domain name registration.

Typical Website Design Cost

As a guideline, it takes about 4 hours ($400) to design the first page of a website, with subsequent pages taking about 1.5 hours ($150) each. We will not go over your originally discussed budget without first getting your approval. We bill the design fee after the website is completed and approved.

Future updates? The first 15 minutes are free, so small changes like swapping out a picture or updating phone numbers are usually free!

What Is Billable?

All work related to your website is billable, including proofing, drafts, revisions, changes, and production. On-site photography is also billable. Phone or email consultations are always free. We’re happy to work within your budget.

It typically takes 2 to 4 weeks to complete a new website. Here’s how it works:

• Consultation — We’ll discuss your goals, review websites we’ve designed to see if any could serve as a starting point for yours, and talk about best practices for search engine optimization, navigation, and mobile-readiness.
• Domain & Email — We’ll research available domain names and set up your email addresses. Important: If you don’t already own a domain name, please don’t purchase one before contacting us — we register one for free with every hosting order.
• Design Draft — We create a draft home page design and email you a proof for approval.
• Your Content — You provide your text, photography, logos, and links. We can also provide imagery, write copy, or take photos as needed.
• Build & Review — We complete all pages with real content and present the finished site. We make changes until you’re satisfied.
• Go Live! — Once approved, your website goes live worldwide.

Page Types:

• Home Page (essential) — Your welcome mat. Photos, a welcome statement, and a synopsis of your business.
• About Us (recommended) — Your story: history, team bios, future plans, services in detail.
• Contact Us (recommended) — Address, phone, email, interactive Google Map, and a secure contact form.
• Testimonials (recommended) — Positive reviews from previous customers, with photos of completed work.
• Blog (optional) — Post your own updates and articles whenever you like.
• FAQ (optional) — Answer common questions so customers can help themselves.
• Online Shopping (optional) — PayPal cart integration or other e-commerce solutions.

• Photo Gallery — Showcase your work, products, or location.
• Video Gallery — Our PCS Youmax Gallery WordPress plugin connects to your YouTube channel so new videos appear automatically.
• Document Library — Our PCS Google Drive Viewer WordPress plugin displays downloadable files from your Google Drive. You upload; your site updates.
• Interactive PDF Flipbook — Our PCS PDF Flip WordPress plugin turns any PDF into a page-turning flipbook on your website.
• Google Analytics — Track visitor counts, page views, and demographics.

• Your business name, phone number, billing address, and the email address where we can currently reach you.
• Whether you already have a domain name, or will need a new one.
